- Warehouse Management:
- Oversee the overall operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.
Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular stock counts.- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and adheres to all safety regulations.
Logistics Management
: Plan and execute logistics strategies to ensure efficient transportation and timely delivery of goods. Select and manage logistics service providers to ensure quality service and cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor the status of shipments and resolve any issues that arise during transportation.
- Team Management:
- Lead and manage the warehouse and logistics team, providing training and development opportunities.
Conduct performance evaluations and motivate team members to achieve high efficiency.- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless operations.
Cost Control
: Develop and manage the warehouse and logistics budget, ensuring cost control. Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency in logistics and warehouse operations.
- Monitor and analyze warehouse and logistics expenses, proposing improvements.
- Customer Service:
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders to enhance customer satisfaction.
Handle customer complaints and return issues, maintaining good customer relationships.
System and Process Optimization
: Evaluate and improve warehouse and logistics management systems to enhance operational efficiency. Implement best practices to optimize warehouse layout and logistics routes.
- Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure that warehouse and logistics operations comply with all legal regulations and company policies.
Conduct regular safety inspections and training to prevent accidents.
