Job Description

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree.
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in customer-facing roles such as sales, customer care, receptionist, etc.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; adept at conveying thoughts clearly and courteously.
Strong collaborative skills, capable of working effectively across departments and teams.
  • Fast learner with a proactive approach to acquiring new skills and knowledge.
Empathetic with strong listening skills, able to understand and address customer needs effectively.
  • Responsibilities:
You will serve as our brand ambassador, managing inquiries, resolving issues with mutually beneficial solutions, and crafting an enjoyable customer experience. Utilizing FreshDesk, our customer service software, you will oversee the creation and resolution of client tickets, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Provide personalized customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions, ensuring prompt responses to inquiries about property listings and transactions.
Build strong client relationships by understanding their needs and advocating for them within the company.
  • Proactively address client concerns throughout the real estate process, collaborating with internal teams for swift resolutions.
Exceed client expectations by delivering exceptional service and coordinating property activities seamlessly.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
Stay updated on industry trends and see client feedback for continuous improvement in service quality.
