Specific position:
Customer Care Associate (CX Associate)- Graduate of Bachelor's degree preferably in communications or business management
Willing to work on a dayshift schedule
100% onsite in Ortigas Center, Pasig
At least least
1 year working experience as Customer Experience Asst. from real estate industry.- Proficient knowledge of customer service, preferably in the finance or real estate industry
Excellent phone etiquette.- Excellent English communication skills
Can start ASAPSUMMARY OF DUTIES:
Handle and address clients inquiries, requests, complaints and other after-sales communication initiated by clients
