Responsibilities- Respond promptly to customer inquiries received via email, phone calls, and other communication channels, providing accurate information and resolving issues to the best of your ability.
Proactively reach out to customers via phone calls to provide updates on their accounts, address any issues or concerns, and gather feedback on their experiences.- Document all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly in the CRM system, including details of inquiries, resolutions, and any follow-up actions required.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless resolution of customer issues and timely delivery of solutions.
- Continuously monitor customer satisfaction levels and identify trends or recurring issues to proactively address potential areas for improvement in products, services, or processes.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience (experience in the real estate industry is a strong plus).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and a CRM system is a plus.
