Shift: Monday - Friday, 10:00 PM to 07:00 AM (Night Shift)

Constructing Engagement: What You'll Work On

Social Media Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with company goals and target audience.
  • Conduct market research and audience analysis to identify opportunities for social media growth and engagement.

Content Planning and Creation:

  • Create and manage a social media content calendar to ensure consistent and relevant posts across all platforms.
  • Design and produce engaging content, including graphics, videos, and copy, tailored to each social media channel.

Community Management:

  • Monitor and engage with social media communities by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
  • Foster positive relationships with followers and address concerns or feedback promptly.

Campaign Management:

  • Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertising and promotional initiatives, to drive traffic and meet objectives.
  • Manage and optimize ad budgets and targeting to maximize ROI.

Analytics and Performance Tracking:

  • Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics, such as engagement rates, reach, impressions, and conversions.
  • Use data insights to refine social media strategies and improve performance.

Trend Analysis and Adaptation:

  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and emerging tools.
  • Apply industry best practices to enhance social media tactics and ensure the company's strategies remain current.

Brand Consistency:

  • Ensure all social media content and interactions align with the company's brand guidelines and voice.
  • Maintain a cohesive brand presence across all social media channels.

Competitor and Market Analysis:

  • Monitor competitors social media activities and industry trends to identify new opportunities and potential threats.
  • Adjust strategies based on competitive insights and market changes.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media strategies with broader marketing campaigns.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure alignment on social media goals and deliverables.


Requirements

The Bricks and Mortar of Your Skillset

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • In-depth understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Creativity and design skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a HUGE advantage.
  • Video editing skills for social media content are a plus.
