Conduct tours of the coworking space for prospective tenants, highlighting the amenities and benefits.- Negotiate lease terms and agreements with potential tenants, ensuring mutual satisfaction and adherence to company policies.

Serve as the primary point of contact for current tenants regarding lease renewals, expansions, or other inquiries.- Address tenant concerns or issues promptly and effectively, maintaining high levels of tenant satisfaction.
Foster a sense of community within the coworking space by organizing events, workshops, and networking opportunities.
Manage lease agreements, including drafting, reviewing, and executing leases in compliance with legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of leasing activity, including tenant information, lease terms, and rental payments.
Coordinate move-in and move-out processes for tenants, ensuring a smooth transition and proper documentation.

Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to adjust leasing strategies accordingly.- Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Meet or exceed leasing targets and occupancy goals set by the company.- Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain tenants, maximizing revenue and occupancy rates.

Provide exceptional customer service to both current and prospective tenants, addressing their needs and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Identify areas for improvement in leasing processes, customer service, and tenant satisfaction, and propose solutions to management.- Continuously seek feedback from tenants to identify areas for improvement and implement changes accordingly.
- Networking and Relationship Building

Build and maintain relationships with brokers, real estate agents, business owners, and other relevant stakeholders to generate leasing leads and referrals.
