Job Description

Sales Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales reports, maintaining sales records, and managing customer accounts.
Order Processing: Process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of products/services to customers.Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner, maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
  • CRM Management: Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate and current information.
Documentation: Prepare and manage sales documents, contracts, and agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Coordination: Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and logistics, to ensure seamless sales operations.Data Analysis: Assist in analyzing sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Event Support: Assist in organizing and coordinating sales events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
Miscellaneous Tasks: Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the Sales Manager.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Php18,
  • 00 - Php25,000.00 per month
