Junior Sales Administrator from our advanced Clark-based office.
- Primary Responsibilities:
Design engaging marketing materials, including property flyers, brochures, social media graphics, and email templates to promote listings and services.- Work closely with the sales team to produce visually appealing content that aligns with our brand and attracts potential buyers.
Ensure all design work is completed accurately and within set deadlines.
Assist in managing and scheduling content across our social media platforms.
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and monitor social media activity to boost our online presence.
Contribute to the development and execution of social media campaigns aimed at enhancing property exposure and brand recognition.
Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records across various platforms.- Assist with general office administration duties as needed, including document preparation and filing.
Provide support to the sales and marketing team with additional administrative tasks.
- Assisting Property Management Department
Support the property management team with administrative tasks related to tenant communication, lease agreements, and property listings.- Assist with scheduling and coordinating property inspections and maintenance.
Help manage property management databases and ensure all information is up-to-date.
- Key Skills and Qualifications:
Some experience in graphic design, social media marketing, or administrative support is an advantage.
- Strong creative skills with an eye for detail and design aesthetics specific to real estate marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive and adaptable, with a willingness to take on new tasks and challenges.
