Processes orders of Commercial channel transactions- Checks data accuracy in orders and invoices
Creates customer accounts in SAP
- Process order booking in SAP
Editing SO for part-allocated orders- Creates Stock Transfer Requests
Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries and ensures 100% fulfillment of orders
- Maintains and updates sales and customer records
Communicate important feedback from customers internally- Stay up-to-date with new products, prices, and features
