  • Job Summary

The Purchasing Assistant oversees the activities in the reception area, and assists in purchasing and monitoring of equipments, supplies, and machineries.
  • Qualifications
Graduate of Business Administration or any related field.
  • Proficient knowledge in local government compliance and building administration.
Effective communicator and an excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Proficient computer skills especially in MS Office
  • Key Results Area
Courteous management of office areas and equipment.
  • Assist in the supervision of office cleanliness and orderliness.
Proper safekeeping, inventory & recording of office supplies.
  • Submission of necessary report as may be required.
Assist the Admin Officer in overall administration function and support in Operations function related to Admin tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18,
  • 00 - Php20,000.00 per month

    Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift

  • Makati City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

  • Purchasing Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
