Job Description
This is a project-based Partner Relations Assistant role at Ayala Malls Head Office located in Makati. The Partner Relations Assistant will be responsible in the day-to-day operations and implementation of all corporate services and administrative operations projects, initiatives, and processes of the assigned unit. Handles executive administrative tasks and performing clerical duties on-site.
Responsibilities:
Assists and schedules meetings and take detailed minutes.
Supports the team in processing of PR's, PO's and ensures payments to vendors are disbursed on time.
Assists in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Processes reimbursements for official meetings and other incidentals.
Develops and maintains a filing system.
Updates and maintains office policies and procedures.
Orders office supplies, and monitors inventory of items.
Liaises with executive/senior management, and administrative assistants.
Performs other management-mandated functions.
Qualifications:
Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
Clerical Skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office suite
Experience in a similar role is a plus
Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree holder
