Job description- Checks documents/request needed to create the delivery receipt and sales invoice.
Issues delivery receipt and sales invoice for after sales using SAP System.- Generates daily and monthly sales report & delivery report
Replies promptly to e-mails particularly with concerns on sales invoice/billings of customers.
- Records all sales invoices being dispatched to the Transport and Service departments.
Sorts and arranges the designated book copies for each delivery receipt and sales invoice.- Makes delivery receipts for scrap items and hand over the scrap items and hand over the scrap sales directly to the Accounts payable head.
Performs clerical jobs like answering telephone calls and photocopying.
Graduate of any four year course.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel)
