Job Description
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management or equivalent.- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in a construction related company.
Experienced in Admin works/Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent is an advantage.
- Detail oriented and very meticulous.
Strong personality (can command respect)- Computer literate and knowledgeable in Microsoft Office application.
Receiving concerns and coordination regarding installation and workmanship.- Monitoring of project accomplishment.
Preparation of Notice of Award.
- Preparation of Notice of Completion.
Proper filing of engineering related documents.- Monitoring of turn around time of estimators and engineers.
Assist Installation manager in preparation of subcontractor's payroll.
