General Objective of the Job:Work includes leading the crew team of applicators and helpers by assigning work tasks, using equipment, monitoring work quality and work schedules. Insuring crew safety, training applicators, and providing performance feedback and leading the crew in housekeeping. Lead Applicator makes sure that all equipment and tools are used properly and will be returned to the CPSI clean and in good condition.
- Duties and Responsibilities:
Prioritize projects, assign work tasks to crew members
- Lead the crew, instruct application team in proper work methods and standards
Monitor crew work quality; insure adherence to time schedules and safe work practices- Provide performance feedback and input into performance reviews
Perform and lead crew on implementing the methodologies under the scope of the projects assigned
- Lead the team in performing skilled work tasks in proper surface preparation, detailing works, primer application and mixing and application of the material
Lead the crew and ensure proper operation of equipment necessary to complete assigned tasks such as Grinding Machine, Heavy Duty Vacuum, Mixing tools, and other necessary tools for application on site that is not indicated herewith- Insure equipment are properly maintained and stocked
Assist the site engineer with administrative tasks
- Participate in stand-by status during natural disasters or inclement
At least Vocational or Associate Course Graduate or College level
- _Fresh Graduates of Civil Engineering are welcome to apply_
With 1 year construction experience- With experience in leading a team
With skills in masonry, painting, surface preparation and detailing works
- Amenable to work on-site in _Bagumbayan, Quezon City_
