  • Job Summary:

This role is responsible for the smooth running of construction and repair projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and according to specifications. You will act as a key point of contact, coordinating between various stakeholders and overseeing day-to-day operations.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Project Coordination:
Break down construction and repair projects into actionable tasks and develop detailed schedules.
  • Manage resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials to optimize project efficiency.
Track project progress and identify potential delays or roadblocks.
  • Implement corrective actions to address any deviations from the plan.
Maintain clear and concise project documentation.
  • Communication & Collaboration:
Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and ensure their needs are met throughout the project.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams (construction crew, engineers, etc.) to ensure tasks are completed on time and to standard.
Facilitate regular meetings with project stakeholders to keep everyone informed of progress.
  • Prepare and deliver clear and concise project status reports to the Operations Head/Manager.
  • Quality & Safety:
Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and quality control standards at the project site.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any potential safety hazards.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Administrative Tasks:
Assist with procurement of materials and equipment.
  • Manage project budgets and track project expenses.
Prepare and submit invoices and other project-related documentation.
  • Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in construction or project coordination
Strong understanding of construction processes and methodologies
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18,
  • 00 - Php20,000.00 per month

    Supplemental Pay:
  • 13th month salary
Overtime pay

Experience:

Project Coordinator: 2 years (Preferred)
