What We Offer

Nasdaq is seeking a Director of Growth Marketing for our Data business in Investment Intelligence. This role is a great opportunity for more experienced growth marketer to play a key role on our data marketing team, reporting directly to the Head of Data & Analytics Marketing. In this role, the individual will collaborate closely with colleagues across Marketing, Sales and Product, to develop and execute marketing campaign strategies designed to generate actionable,high-quality opportunities into the sales pipeline to support Nasdaq's revenue goals.

This role will offer an experienced marketer a rich opportunity to learn the financial data and technology business while meaningfully applying their marketing knowledge and skills. The candidate will collaborate closely with all levels of the Sales, Marketing and Product organizations to design and implement highly effective integrated marketing campaigns. These may include, but not be limited to, email campaigns, content marketing, search engine marketing, digital advertising and social media promotion, as well as virtual and in-person events. This role will also work closely with Digital Marketing and agency teams to fully leverage the broad range of capabilities available to magnificently implement marketing strategies.

This is a permanent full-time role based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig following a hybrid work model setup (at least 2 in office days per week).

What You Will Do

  • Works closely with colleagues across Marketing as well as agency partners to design and implement integrated marketing strategies to drive client and prospect engagement around a range of financial data and technology products.
  • Develops email marketing campigns using Marketo, Outreach and Salesforce in collaboration with Sales and Product teams.
  • Helps define and and collaborate with Sales and Product teams to develop content necessary for communicating marketing strategy internally as well as material needed for marketing campaigns including emails, presentations, product collateral and website content.
  • Partners with Marketing and Product colleagues, as well as creative and media agencies to develop original digital creative assets for us in digital marketing and advertising campaigns.
  • Partners closely with Director of Co-Marketing to implement Nasdaq branded co-marketing campaigns and site executions and works to amplify and use the Nasdaq brand.
  • Collaborates with fellow marketers and Marketing Operations and uses the martech stack to effectively report on the impact of marketing campaigns to business partners.

What We Expect

  • Educational background in Marketing and/or Communications preferred.
  • At least 7-10 years of experience in marketing, strong preference toward financial services experience.
  • Strong knowledge of integrated marketing strategies, MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel, and marketing platforms such as Marketo, Monday.com, Salesforce, Outreach and Google Analytics.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies and key metrics.
  • Ability to work in a mid or night shift schedule based on business needs.
