Business Marketing Officer (Japanese)

Job Description:

• Provide customer support and ensure delivery of high-quality service for Japanese clients including but not limited to insurance renewal, responding to inquiries and other service requirements.
• Assist in the overall activities of the Marketing department to achieve targeted goals, especially from the Japan-invested market;
• Ensure achievement of assigned production targets.
• Establish and maintain good business relationships with intermediaries and affinity partners who are involved in Japan-invested market.
• Handle the preparation of reports on clients/brokers/agents, conduct visitations and product presentation.
• Support on the formulation of sales drives and incentives to leverage the Company's strategic relationship with intermediaries and partners.
• Develop new distribution channels to generate premium production;
• Handle/participate in the arrangement of official corporate meetings with/for Japanese associations, Japanese Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and other company-sponsored events or meetings.
• Actively participate in insurance sales activities involving Japanese corporate market and local marketing campaigns/initiatives.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned in relation to Head Officer or Regional Office.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field of study
• Preferably with 5 Year(s) of relevant Marketing Sales experience in the insurance industry
• Highly proficient in Japanese language, both in written and verbal communication
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and planning skills
• Detail-oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (i.e, Word, Excel and Outlook).
