Creative Marketing Director (Content & Brand Development) - WFH set-up

Role Overview:

The Creative Marketing Director will lead content creation, brand storytelling, and social media strategies, with a focus on developing engaging and innovative marketing campaigns. This role requires expertise in creative content development, copywriting, and influencer marketing, with a preference for candidates who have experience in the fashion and/or retail industries. The ideal candidate will drive brand growth through powerful storytelling and innovative use of social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead creative marketing initiatives across social media, branding, and influencer campaigns.
• Develop compelling content strategies that align with brand values and business goals.
• Collaborate with design, video production, and content teams to create high-quality, engaging assets.
• Write and edit creative copy for social media, websites, and marketing materials.
• Manage relationships with influencers, ensuring brand partnerships are authentic and effective.
• Oversee brand consistency across all marketing channels, with a strong focus on visual and written content.
• Leverage industry trends, consumer insights, and competitive analysis to inform content strategies.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in creative marketing, with a preference for fashion and/or retail industry experience.
• Proven track record in content development, social media strategy, and influencer partnerships.
• Exceptional copywriting and editing skills.
• Experience in brand management and creating cohesive, innovative campaigns.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, teams, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
