Job Description
- Manage external communication, marcom and employer branding activities on the local market
- Work in close collaboration and alignment with the global communication & marketing network
- Manage internal communication across the local organization, in alignment with internal stakeholders and the management team
- Build and lead the local communication team
- Manage the communication budget
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of all marketing/communications activity

- has already held a similar role and is used to managing teams and has a proven track record of strategy development and operational delivery -is used to working in a fast-paced environment, has strong team management and mentoring skills and drive marketing and communications excellence. - is familiar with the tech and shared service industries and is passionate about employer branding and talent acquisition - has high level project management skills as well as the ability to work well with a varied range stakeholders.
- understands the importance of excellent marketing communications and takes a creative approach in driving brand recognition, market penetration and community engagement
- At least 10 years of work experience in strategic marketing/communications
- At least 5 years experience in a managerial position
- Proven track record in development and delivery of strategic communication and marketing across a range of budgets and channels
- Excellent written and oral communications skills and ability to engage with senior leaders and stakeholders, as well as to work collaboratively across peer network
- Engaging and resilient leader, able to empower colleagues and build capability.
