Responsible for accepting and answering customers product after-sales inquiries, maintaining good communication with customers, and maintaining follow-up on customers product after-sales processing and services
Understand and be proficient in the company's full range of products, and be able to provide effective customer usage guidance and after-sales service;
Responsible for coordinating and communicating with the brand's after-sales center, solving customer after-sales problems, and regularly sending repair products to the brand's after-sales center for repair;
Organize documents related to department work, standardize solutions to common after-sales problems, and handle after-sales data entry in the company system
