About the job
A Customer Service Representative, (or CSR), will act as a liaison, provide simple and accurate information, and resolve any related problems that our customers face with efficiency and quality. The best CSRs are genuine to help customers. They should be patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They are confident at troubleshooting and able to investigate if they do not have enough information to resolve customer complaints.

  • What you will be doing
Develop and maintain positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and is an active listener.
Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints and issues.
Understands and studies product and support information to relay to customer
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests as applicable.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints. Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers and client through open and interactive communication.
  • Meet personal/customer service team performance targets and call handling targets.
Go the extra mile to engage customers and exceed their customer service expectations.
  • Contribute to a positive, happy atmosphere in the customer service center, and at EmpireOne in general.
  • Skills and experience we would like to see
High school degree or more.
  • Experience working with customer support.
Excellent listening skills and an empathetic voice and manner
  • Accountability and dedication to customer satisfaction.
Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
  • Resolving Conflict and negotiation skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Possesses good attention to details; attentive and adaptable.
Has ability to work under pressure; and good with analysis and problem solving skills
  • Possesses good computer skills, familiarity with CRM systems and practices; and Windows Office applications and other internet applications .
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
Excellent Spanish speaking and writing skills.

Hours of Work: 45 hours per week, 9 hours per day with 1 hour lunch break

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Php18,
  • 00 - Php22,000.00 per month
