Job Description:
- Attending or answering inquiries online.
Acknowledging or attending to customer concerns or complaints- Processing orders and transactions.
Communicating with customers through various channels.
Checking product(s) availability- Coordinating with all sites and departments concerned.
Ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
With customer service or BPO experience- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Preferably has a training certificate for customer service.
Good in written and verbal English communications
