Job Description

Job Description:
  • Attending or answering inquiries online.
Acknowledging or attending to customer concerns or complaints
  • Processing orders and transactions.
Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Generate sales leads.
Checking product(s) availability
  • Coordinating with all sites and departments concerned.
Ensuring complete customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
  • At least college level
With customer service or BPO experience
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Preferably has a training certificate for customer service.
  • Willing to work on-site
Good in written and verbal English communications

Deployment Location: San Juan City

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Pay: Php23,
  • 00 - Php25,000.00 per month

    Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Day shift
  • Holidays
Weekends
Supplemental pay types:
  • 13th month salary
Overtime pay

Education:
  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
  • Customer Service Representative: 1 year (Preferred)
