Job Description:As a member of the Customer Service team, the Customer Service Representative will provide solutions to customer inquiries in a courteous and timely manner, including collaborating with various departments on behalf of the customers.
- Duties and Responsibilities:
- Participates in and demonstrates an understanding of safety principles and practices; follows all safety policies and procedures to support a safe working environment and grow our Safety First Culture
Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, or obtain details of complaints.
- Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers problems.
Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.- Resolve customers service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, or adjusting bills.
Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
- Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results or any planned adjustments.
Obtain and examine all relevant information to assess validity of complaints and to determine possible causes.- Recommend improvements in products, packaging, shipping, service, or billing methods and procedures to prevent future problems.
Perform related duties as required or assigned by supervisor
At least 2 years of Experience as Spanish Bilingual CSR
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel applications)
Ability to use phone and computer systems- Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong listening/comprehension skills
- Ability to stay composed and objective
Conversational, patient and confident, with a positive attitude
