Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Database Configuration and Implementation Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and implementing databases for new call center setups, as well as ensuring accurate rate and fulfillment document implementations/configurations. Additionally, the candidate will serve as a backup for development tasks during emergencies and possess strong audit and testing abilities to confirm proper configuration of rates and documents.
Key Responsibilities:
Database Configuration and Implementation: Configure and implement databases for new call center setups, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and security.
Rate and Fulfillment Document Implementation/Configuration: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and configure rates and fulfillment documents accurately within the database system.
Backup for Development Tasks: Act as a backup resource for development tasks during emergencies, providing support and assistance to ensure continuity of operations.
Audit and Testing: Conduct thorough audits and testing to confirm the proper configuration of rates and documents, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience in database configuration and implementation, preferably in a call center or similar environment.
Proficiency in database management systems (e.g., MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server) and database design principles.
Proficiency with python django and react js (next js)
Strong understanding of rate and fulfillment document configurations.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Prior experience in audit and testing is highly desirable.
