Senior Business Analyst - ServiceNow

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Business Analyst specializing in ServiceNow to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of ServiceNow platforms and the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This role requires excellent analytical skills, the capability to lead projects, and a passion for optimizing business processes through innovative ServiceNow solutions.

• Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for ServiceNow projects.

• Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements, ensuring alignment with ServiceNow capabilities.

Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, including modules such as ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, and CSM.

• Conduct workshops and meetings to identify process improvement opportunities and develop efficient workflows.

Manage and prioritize a portfolio of ServiceNow projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including requirements, user stories, process flows, and test plans.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and end-users, to ensure successful ServiceNow deployments.

• Provide expert guidance on ServiceNow best practices, system capabilities, and industry trends.

Conduct user training and support to maximize the adoption and effectiveness of ServiceNow solutions.

• Monitor and analyze the performance of implemented solutions, recommending enhancements as needed.

• Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years specializing in ServiceNow.

Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules and functionalities.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality results.

• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus.
