Fullstack Python Django Developer (KG)

Our focus is on developing the very best mobile and web applications and building long-term relationships with our clients. We are currently looking for a Fullstack Python Django Developer to add to our growing team. Someone who enjoys the challenge and satisfaction of writing elegant and efficient code. You will come with knowledge of software engineering best practices (e.g. agile software development, continuous deployment, code review, design documentation, infrastructure as code, etc.)

Work Schedule: Mondays to Fridays 8am-5pm Melbourne Time

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to a maintainable, high quality, and performant codebase.
• Contribute to technical solution designs and product ideas with the team.
• Collaborate with other engineering team members, coach, guide and mentor other developers.
• You will be a team player who enjoys collaborating with others and being involved in multiple projects. With a passion for continuous improvement and enjoy knowledge sharing across the team.

Requirements

Ideal candidates SHOULD have the following qualifications:

• 4+ years solid experience with Python/ Django framework
• Experience or willingness to learn any frontend technologies such as (React, Angular, Javascript, Typescript etc)
• Restful and Web API's
• Agile and DevOps/CI/CD
• Ability to write unit tests
• Experience working with Atlassian tool set Confluence & Jira

Nice to Have

• Exposure to AWS Micro services architecture
