Job description- Conduct thorough analysis of customer journeys in our web and mobile applications to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document product requirements.- Translate product requirements into functional specifications and acceptance criteria for development teams in Jira software and confluence.
Utilize tools such as Lucidchart and Figma to create process diagrams, mockups, wireframes, and product prototypes.
- Utilize SQL queries to analyze data and identify trends in customer journeys to form new product requirements.
Work closely with the product owner to ensure alignment with product vision and roadmap.- Participate in User Acceptance Testing
Minimum 5 years of experience as a functional business analyst or a software developer- Experience in agile methodologies, specifically in Scrum.
Previous experience working in a startup company is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Above average communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A master in business analysis and diagramming tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, draw.io, and Figma.
* Experience with SQL queries for data analysis.
- Proficiency in Jira software and Confluence.
