Job description

Business Analyst plans, organizes, directs, controls, and coordinates quality accredited ICT projects. Accountable for day-to-day operations of resourcing, scheduling, prioritization, and task coordination, and meeting project milestones, objectives, and deliverables within agreed timeframes and budgets

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, BS IT, or any equivalent software engineering degree
• At least five (5) years of work experience as a Business Analyst with significant hands-on experience in software testing
• Must be well-versed in information technology and cloud solutions.
• Strong background in Software Development Life Cycle
• (SDLC) and excellent knowledge on Agile methodology
• Has superior soft skills in areas like verbal and written communication, team leadership, and project management, to effectively communicate with business decision-makers and subordinates
• Proficient with all Microsoft Windows-based programs.
• Proven leadership ability to influence, develop, and empower employees to achieve objectives with a team approach.
