Diligently monitoring and maintaining attendance and time records.
Ensuring precision in attendance data for healthcare associates.
Addressing any discrepancies promptly and effectively.
Assisting in the resolution of attendance-related queries.
Regularly updating clients on their teams attendance to schedules.
Collaborating with teams to ensure compliance with timekeeping policies.
Forwarding attendance-related requests to clients for approval, including time-offs, undertime, coaching pullouts, bereavement notifications, and other relevant matters.
Job Qualifications
Must have at least 1 year relevant experience
Must have High level Office 365 proficiency
Can communicate effectively
Must demonstrate integrity in all decisions and reports
Must be results driven
Must be a team player
Has the ability to make fact-based decisions
Willing to work in - office permanently (Ebloc 3, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City) and can start ASAP.
