Job Description
The Role
Work directly with Proposal Management Associates, business and technical Subject Matter Experts, Business leads, and other stakeholders in building and maintaining business libraries.
Help manage assets and collaterals to support the business needs in client engagement.
Identify the proper knowledge management process for gathering, organizing, sharing, and analyzing information in a diverse business.
Lead the review cycle and connect with business and technical reviewers on library entries to maintain the quality of the content.
Collect, synthesize, and develop initiatives, propose solutions, and/or action plans based on the gathered data.
Present the initiatives to stakeholders and business leaders, defending their values and goals, and positively impacting the business.
Take complete ownership and accountability of the business libraries, demonstrating a high level of trust and responsibility in the role.
Identify gaps and challenges in the people, process, and technology areas and devise shortand long-term solutions to address these issues.
Qualifications
The Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Knowledge of content management is a must
Strong experience in project management
Detail-oriented and with keen analytical skill
Ability to coordinate across teams and different stakeholders from other regions
Committed to quality and continuous improvement
High level of decision-making and problem-solving
Ability to gather documents and technical requirements
Effective knowledge and experience in RFP tools, e.g., Loopio, Responsive (formerly RFPIO), etc.
Expertise in Microsoft, especially in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and PowerBI
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Knowledge of bid support, primarily in providing boilerplate and sample responses from precedent materials
Ability to facilitate meetings and discussions in person and online, ensuring problems and goals are discussed
Must be flexible on working hours to attend meetings based on the demands of the role
