JOB OBJECTIVE:
The Change Coordinator ensures that all changes in the organization follow the Organizational Change framework. The Change Coordinator needs to monitor changes to ensure objectives are achieved, deliverables are completed on time, and are accomplished within the approved budget.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensures alignment and compliance of all changes to the Organizational Change Management framework
- Ensures approval of all change documents in alignment with stakeholders
- Support the Corporate Organization Manager to report on key change management activities
- Assist in managing and monitoring the end-to-end change lifecycle and identify process improvements where possible.
- Assist in implementing and communicating intervention activities for the stakeholders
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to identify gaps and provide recommendations
- Guide stakeholders with change-related concernsPrepare presentation materials and other documents as required
- Ensure data integrity of the Change Management dashboard
- Compile weekly reporting through the Change Management dashboard.
- Collect and consolidate periodic adoption measurements
- Perform other duties as assigned by management

JOB SPECIFICATION:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Psychology, Organizational Development, Management, or any related field.
- With experience in project management
- With experience in change management
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively at several different levels and methods
- Fresh graduates are open to apply: must be willing to be trained.

Work schedule: Mon. - Fri., 9:00AM - 7:00PM
Salary: Up to 30,000
