Job Description

We are looking for a Swedish Customer Service Agent.

  • Daily Responsibilities:

Answering calls of the customers

Email & chat with customers

  • Requirements:

Strong writing skills in the Swedish language

Can communicate in English & Swedish written and verbal

Computer literate & Customer service experience in an online platform is a plus

40 hours a week

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift


Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Manila: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:
  • Customer Service Representative: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:
  • Swedish (Preferred)

Location:
  • Manila (Required)
