Job Description

Job Summary

Build a cordial relationship with applicants via telephone calls, email or live chat

Provide the applicant with critical service information from the initiation of the verification up to the completion of the report.

Successfully resolve customers concerns submitted through the Dataflow Group Support Center.

Coordinate with global service fulfillment employees to track and obtain service progress.

Excellent telephone and written communication skills

The ability to work a set schedule

The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a high sense of urgency

Conflict management skills and maintain a professional composureUnderstanding of computer systems and can troubleshoot technical issues with minimal assistance.

Experience with call center preferred

Job Type: Full-time
