As an Junior RPA Developer, you will play a pivotal role in our RPA team, assisting in the development, implementation, and maintenance of robotic process automation solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, design workflows, and deploy RPA bots to optimize business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify automation opportunities.
Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using industry-leading tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.- Configure bots to automate repetitive tasks, data entry, and other manual processes to increase operational efficiency.
Conduct testing and troubleshooting of RPA solutions to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed bots, including monitoring performance and addressing any issues or enhancements.
Document technical specifications, workflows, and configurations to facilitate knowledge transfer and future scalability.- Stay abreast of emerging RPA trends and technologies, proactively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Strong understanding of programming concepts and experience with scripting languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
- Familiarity with RPA tools and platforms is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
