RPA Developer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated RPA Developer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, designing, testing, and maintaining robotic process automation (RPA) solutions using the AA360 platform. You will work closely with business stakeholders to gather and document RPA process requirements and ensure that automation solutions meet business needs and standards..

• Qualifications:

2+ years of professional experience in RPA development.

• Proficiency with the AA360 platform or similar RPA tools.

Strong understanding of business processes and experience in process automation.

• Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

Full mid shift (02:00 pm to 10:00 pm) work schedule, Monday to Friday.

• Hybrid setup (1 to 3 times per week in-office) depending on operational needs.

1-year contract (subject to extension or regularization based on performance).

• Preferred (advantagous to have but not a requirement):

Certification in RPA development.

• Experience in other RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere..

Experience with scripting languages like Python or JavaScript.

• Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document RPA process requirements, ensuring clear and comprehensive specifications.

• Utilize the AA360 platform to develop efficient and effective RPA solutions that automate business processes.

Create detailed designs for RPA solutions, ensuring they are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business goals.

• Conduct thorough testing of RPA solutions, including obtaining User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Production Validation (Prod Val) approval from business stakeholders.

Assist in monitoring RPA solutions post-implementation and provide ongoing maintenance and support to ensure optimal performance and address any issues that arise.
