Job Summary:
We are seeking a Junior RPA Developer to design, develop, and implement robotic process automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have some experience with RPA tools, a passion for automation, and a desire to grow within our company. As a Junior RPA Developer, you will work closely with our senior developers and business analysts to automate processes and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain RPA solutions using industry-leading RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere).
- Work with business analysts to understand process requirements and translate them into automated workflows.
- Assist in the design, development, and testing of RPA bots.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RPA bots.
- Document RPA solutions and maintain comprehensive documentation for future reference.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of RPA solutions.
- Continuously monitor and optimize RPA bots to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
RequirementsQualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in RPA development using tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
- Basic understanding of programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#) and SQL.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.

Preferred Skills:
