About the Team & Business Line:
Proprietary software solutions and innovation are at the core of what differentiates Citco in the alternative investment space. As a core member of our Innovation Development team, you will work with dedicated professionals to ensure our clients maintain access to their critical information assets while keeping Citco ahead of industry trends.
Your Role:
Build and support on new/existing RPA processes leveraging industry's standard and available technologies in Cloud platform
Contribution to automated build process
Maintain and enhance existing automated workflow
Development in multiple modules and architectures, according to development best practices and current development technologies
Systems documentation and knowledgebase management for support efficiencies
Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications
Design and conduct tests
Support users by developing documentation and assistance tools
Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and new technologies

About You:
At least 2 Year experience in application development experience, RPA Development, and Support Activities using UI Path or BluePrism
Experience in programming languages such as Python, VB, Javascript
Knowledgeable on UI Path Best Practices in Development and Support
Able to work in fast-paced environment; has experience in agile development process
You have strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with relevant stakeholders
You have the ability to prioritize and multi-task in order to meet deadlines
You can resolve technical issues through debugging, research and investigation
You are comfortable with code reviews and will be able to work independently and as a team
Education
B.S Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience
Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and training
Nice to have:
Ui Path Developer Certification
Experience and familiarity on developing with AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, ECS) and its services will be a big plus
