Job Description: As a Recruiter at Tailored Management, you will manage the full life-cycle recruiting process, independently driving placements for our clients. Your role will focus on sourcing, screening, and placing candidates while fostering strong relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure mutual satisfaction and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Identify and screen diverse candidates, building and maintaining genuine relationships from initial contact through assignment completion.
- Post-Submission Consulting: Engage with candidates after submission to foster relationships, seek referrals, and stay informed about their market availability or interests.
- Interview Preparation: Prepare candidates for external client interviews through phone or video consultations.
- Offer Extension and Onboarding: Extend job offers to candidates and discuss client-specific onboarding requirements.
- Client Coverage Goals: Meet and exceed assigned client coverage goals for open positions.
- Client Communication: Partner with the client service team to communicate candidate updates, request requisition status updates, and share feedback.

- Location: Skyrise 4B 17th Floor West Geonzon Street IT Park Apas Cebu City, Cebu 6000
- Hours 9:00 P.M. to 6:00 A.M. PHT, to support United States-based Clients.
- This role operates full-time in the office.
