Ensuring that requirements and qualifications are met
- Ensuring continuous sourcing and pooling of applicants
Monitoring and Tracking of Applicants prior to endorsement to Cluster Coordinators
Amenable to work onsite- Possesses at least one year of experience in recruitment.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Demonstrates excellent assessment, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Exhibits effective verbal and written communication abilities.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
