Social Media Recruiter for Driver-Partners. We are seeking a proactive and creative individual to help us recruit drivers/riders to become our partners through strategic social media engagement. If you love engaging with online communities and have a knack for crafting compelling advertisements, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and post targeted advertisements in relevant Facebook groups to attract potential motorcycle/car drivers to become our partners.
Respond to inquiries and engage with potential recruits on social media platforms.- Design visually appealing graphics and write persuasive copy to support recruitment efforts.
Track the effectiveness of recruitment campaigns and provide regular reports on key metrics.
- Other relevant tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing and growing social media accounts, particularly on Facebook.
Ability to create engaging content that resonates with target audiences.- Above average written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with social media management tools and basic graphic design software like Canva
- Proactive and resourceful in executing deliverables
Willing to work onsite in Antipolo
