We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven, top performer to support a fast-paced, high-performing team of Recruitment Consultants. As a Recruitment Consultant for Part Time Workers & Casual Labour, you are the vital link between candidates and the recruitment consultant. We will also nurture you to become a leader and be responsible for a larger team of Recruitment Consultants. Ultimately, you will become in charge of developing processes that will help us scale our company internationally.
What You'll Be Doing
(Conduct and Develop)
Organic and networking strategies to expand our database of candidates
Zoom interviews with candidates
Pre-interview processes to prepare candidates for interview with our team of recruitment consultants
Relationship management processes with freelancers before and after their working shifts by providing guidance and gathering feedback, such that we become their choice of agency when looking for a part-time jobs for themselves and friends
Partnering with our Customer Success Managers to ensure that our customers are satisfied with our service

Pay: Php22,- 00 - Php35,000.00 per month
