Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:

Primarily responsible for, but not limited to, processing all aspects of payroll, including managing company budgets and expenses. They work closely with different departments to increase performance and ensure smooth operations.
  • EDUCATION:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, human resource management, or other related disciplines.
  • WORK EXPERIENCE:
  • Prior work experience is not necessary but formal orientation is necessary to enable the job incumbent to perform the job satisfactorily.
  • Knowledge, Skills, Ability, & other Attributes:
  • Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
Average to high analytical skills and able to synthesize information.
  • Good planning and organizing skills.
Literate in Excel and other MS Office Applications.
  • Good clerical skills (e.g. keen attention to details)
Good coordinating and collaborating skills.
  • Process and goal oriented.
High Adaptability and Initiative
