Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist/Compensation Benefits or similar role.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to resolving issues.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Process and computes Final Pay of employees QSR (Last salary, 13th month, SIL etc.).
Employee movement monitoring QSR (resigned or terminated).
Payroll Processor.
Prepare semi-monthly Reports for unclaimed and unprocessed Final Pay.
Computes Retirement and Separation pay of employees.
Answer payroll concerns and inquiries.
