The ideal candidate will be a part of the accounting team supervised by the accounting manager. He / She will perform general accounting tasks like organizing documents, filing reports, updating records, and also following up on clients financial obligations.
- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department.
- Prepares and sorts documents, such as invoices, official receipts, check vouchers, and other related files.
Compiles documents and verifies invoices for payment.- Reconciles various expenditure accounts on time.
Maintains accounting database.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, or any Accounting-related course.
- Preferably with 1-2 years of work experience as an accounting clerk.
Strong knowledge of accounting software and bookkeeping.- Attentive to details and work with minimal supervision.
Computer Literate.
- Preferably NCR residents.
