Job Description

The ideal candidate will be a part of the accounting team supervised by the accounting manager. He / She will perform general accounting tasks like organizing documents, filing reports, updating records, and also following up on clients financial obligations.
  • DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department.
  • Prepares and sorts documents, such as invoices, official receipts, check vouchers, and other related files.
Compiles documents and verifies invoices for payment.
  • Reconciles various expenditure accounts on time.
Maintains accounting database.
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
  • REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, or any Accounting-related course.
  • Preferably with 1-2 years of work experience as an accounting clerk.
Strong knowledge of accounting software and bookkeeping.
  • Attentive to details and work with minimal supervision.
Computer Literate.
  • Preferably NCR residents.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php15,
  • 00 - Php19,000.00 per month

    Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday


Education:
  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

* Accounting Clerk: 1 year (Required)
