WPH Digital is looking for an IT Production Support to join our team to provide support and maintain our customers computer systems, computer networks, and software applications.
The ideal applicant must possess strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, as well as the motivation to ensure customers satisfaction by meeting all the requirements and services.
- Provide support to the Development team
Provide day-to-day IT support to customers
- Follow-up with customers to issues and request raised by customers
Responds in a timely manner to questions and requests from incoming calls and incident tickets.- Prepares documentation for reporting to the Project Manager
- Senior High School/ Diploma/ College/ Degree's qualification in IT, Computer Science/ Computer Engineering, or related field
Experience in IT Production Support, Customer Support, IT Infrastructure, or a related field for at least 1 year- Experience in an application support role or developers willing to learn with good knowledge of .NET
Expert-level problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
Keen eye for detail and ability to stay organized- Ownership oriented and ability to meet SLAs with no compromise on the quality of the work
Able to commit to a shifting schedule (morning, afternoon and night shift)
