Providing IT assistance to staff and customers.- Training end-users on hardware functionality and software programs.
Resolving logged errors (support tickets) in a timely manner.
- Monitoring hardware performances Computer equipment (desktop, laptop, printer, etc) POS, Network and communication peripherals, etc.
POS Sales update, extract sales reports from POS server.- Maintain and update Software and system performance metrics, as well as upgrading hardware and systems.
Documenting processes and performing diagnostic tests.
- Keeping track of technological advancements and trends in IT support.
Act as POC to Hardware, Software and Network vendors / service providers.- Escalate and coordinate level 1 Tier supports to vendors and service providers.
Provide in-store support as needed.
- Consulting with IT manager and other departments as required.
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or similar.
1-3 years of experience as an IT support specialist.
At least basic knowledge of database maintenance and system security.- Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in IT support.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidate is willing to work in Merville, Paranaque - Onsite Setup
