Position Overview

As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and hiring top talent for our hotels in Goa. You will work closely with the HR Manager and department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure we are hiring individuals who align with our company's values and standards.

Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition:

Source and attract candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and professional networks.

Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates suitability for the role.

Organize and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtual.

Candidate Management:

Manage and maintain candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.

Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback. Coordinate with candidates for interview schedules and follow-ups.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the HR Manager and department heads to understand specific job requirements and team dynamics.

Partner with external recruitment agencies and educational institutions for campus placements and recruitment drives.

Job Marketing:

Develop and post job advertisements on various platforms.

Utilize creative recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates. Compliance and Reporting:

Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal requirements and company policies. Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment activities and metrics. Onboarding:

• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
