Position Overview:We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting for various roles including customer service, administration, data entry, marketing, and HR. While the primary focus will be on volume customer service roles, experience in recruiting for marketing positions would be advantageous.
Source, screen, and interview candidates for customer service, administration, data entry, marketing, and HR roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
Utilize various recruitment methods and channels to attract top talent.- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as necessary.
Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.- Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as needed.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a high-volume recruitment environment.
Familiarity with recruiting for customer service, administration, data entry, marketing, and HR roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in recruiting HR Roles in the U.S.
- This is an onsite work setup (office is located in Ayala, Makati)
