As a Senior Recruiter for Insurance & Finance Industry, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of recruitment, including:- Sourcing: Identifying and reaching out to potential Insurance & Finance Industry Career candidates through various channels (e.g. job boards, social media, employee referrals, leads generated etc.).
- Screening: Reaching out to candidates to assess them and fit for the role.
- Interviewing: Conducting Zoom interviews and evaluating candidates to determine their suitability for specific Insurance & Finance Industry Career Positions
- Onboarding: Onboarding candidates to our Recruitment platform
- Tracking: Maintaining accurate records of all recruitment activities in our applicant tracking system.
- Customer Success: Partnering with our Customer Success Managers to ensure that our clients are satisfied with our service
- This job requires commitment and we are only interested in people with experience in recruitment in the insurance & finance industry, who are performers and those who are willing to perform
- You are expected to read the job description clearly and do your prior research before attending our interviews
- Salary will be $800 SGD (35,000 PHP) and above depending on experience
