Responsible for managing the facilities and utilities of the building. Assist the Property Manager in the planning and implementing of projects for the property, and the preparation of budgets. Ensure all permits, licenses and contracts are processed and updated timely. Ensure security, good housekeeping, operation and maintenance of the building. Supervise the Facilities Engineer and Building Technicians.
Education and Competencies Requirements:
Preferably Registered Electrical, Mechanical, Civil or Electronics Engineer with five (5) years related experience in technical functions
Excellent leadership, planning and analytical skills
Good organizational, time management, interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize work and work accurately under pressure of deadlines with frequent interruptions
Ability to make judgements regarding alternative means of procuring materials or services based on cost and serviceability.
